Important Product Information:

If you bought unpainted mirrors and intend to paint them yourself, here's what you need to know:

• Removing the glass is NOT possible, so you'll need to tape it off.

• Our mirrors come in a black finish from the factory, which is considered unpainted. You can apply your paint over this.

• Some models of the C6 may require re-pinning the main mirror harness to enable mirror movement both vertically and horizontally. This is a simple task that you can handle yourself and does not necessitate a replacement. We can provide photos and diagrams to guide you through this process. It's important to emphasize that this is not a warranty issue.

Troubleshooting:

Camaro Concept Mirror 2980-***:

• If the LEDs in your mirror are not functioning, do not process a replacement mirror. Instead, please send us a clear photo of the non-functioning LEDs.

• Once the picture is received, we'll initiate the replacement process for an 8-inch concept strip #4507-005. You'll be responsible for shipping costs.

• We'll provide you with a video guide on "how to" replace the strip: Replacement Video Guide

• If you're uncomfortable with the repair process, we can provide a return label for the mirror to be sent back for repair.

C6 Concept Side Mirrors 3901-*** + 3902-***:

• For Unpainted Mirrors: If the LEDs in your mirror are not working - contact customer service.

• For Painted Mirrors: If the LEDs are not working, contact customer service

• If the LED strip is completely out, contact customer service
