Product Information:

• These strips are custom cut to order and are ineligible for return.

• They are available in various configurations:

  • Sold by the foot.

  • Sold in a 17-foot spool.

  • Sold as a pair of 15 inches.

  • Sold as a 36-inch single strip.

• Please note that strips sold by the foot do not come with wires. If you require wires to be added, please call in and create a work order for each solder point.

Fitment Information:

• This product is universal, which means it can be used in various applications based on your needs.

• Common applications include the engine bay, footwells, trunk/cargo area, marine/water-sports lighting, behind engine grills, automotive underbody, custom automotive interior, and customized sound systems.

• Fitment for a specific installation is not guaranteed, so it's essential to measure your individual requirements before purchasing and installing.

Wiring Information:

• Wiring requirements will depend on how and where you are installing the part.

• Any accent light is recommended to be wired to a switch or controller (sold separately) to give you control.

• The ColorSHIFT kits do not come with controllers and are required for the product to operate correctly.

Troubleshooting:

• If you encounter an issue where one strip is not coming on, please follow these steps:

  • Have the customer remove the controller and test the strip from the battery to check if it works.

  • If the strip works when powered directly from the battery, the customer needs to trace the wiring to the controller.

  • If the product is still not working, and the entire strip is off, it should be returned for testing, please contact customer service.
