IMPORTANT PRODUCT INFORMATION:

• We are in the process of discontinuing all single colors and moving to ColorSHIFT only.

FITMENT INFORMATION: 

• Whip clamp is dependent on the bar the you have. This must be measured and compared to specs on the site.

WIRING INFORMATION: 

• Cannot be synced with other whips. One remote is not guaranteed to control multiple.

TROUBLESHOOTING:

• Multiple Whips and One Remote:

  • Issue: trying to control multiple whips with one remote.

    • Explanation: Attempting to control multiple whips with a single remote is not always guaranteed to work reliably. It can function intermittently.

    • Resolution: In such cases, we don't require you to return the product for testing.

      
      

  • Remote Issues:

    • Issue: issues with the remote.

    • Solution: First, ensure that you have replaced the remote's battery. If you can turn the whip on/off using the remote but still can't control the lights, please request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) for further testing.
