Troubleshooting Guidance

  1. Condensation:

    • If you experience condensation on the lenses, please understand that this is considered normal. It occurs as any moisture inside the headlight evaporates. This condensation or misting on the lens does not indicate water leakage and will not affect the light's functionality or lifespan.

    • All our headlights have vents at the back, allowing air to flow for proper lighting function. Condensation can happen when there's a temperature difference between the inner and outer air. It will dissipate as temperatures become more balanced.

    • To expedite this process, you can apply a small amount of heat to the outside of the lens, helping to normalize the temperature.

  2. Condensation Combined with LEDs Being Out:

    • When reporting condensation along with LEDs being out, we require all installed bulbs to be returned with the light.

  3. Entire Halo Out:

    • If you have the entire halo out, please try switching the LED driver from the working side to the faulty side. If this solves the issue, you'll need to replace the LED driver. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

    • Ensure that the customer has not cut the drivers, as this would void the warranty. If switching drivers does not solve the issue, issue an RMA and return label for further testing.

  4. LEDs Out:

    • If your LEDs are out, please issue an RMA and return label for repairs.

  5. Light Coming On but Shutting Down:

    • If the light comes on but then shuts down, follow these steps:

      • plug that light into the other side to determine if the issue is with the factory plug.

      • Next, test the light directly connected to the battery.

      • If it comes on, the issue likely lies with the wiring - retrace the wiring to resolve the issue.

      • If it does not come on, please contact customer service.
