We repair the original set of lights on which the work was completed.&#xA0;A pre-paid shipping label will be shared with you to send the light(s) back to us for the necessary repairs.&#xA0;Since the original work was completed by our experienced technicians, the repairs must also be completed by them.&#xA0;There is a warranty on the seal of the light as well, so if the lights are opened by anyone other than one of our ORACLE technicians, this will void your warranty moving forward.&#xA0; **Please know that warranty repairs do take priority over new builds**
