All ORACLE Products carry a Limited Warranty on parts. Based on the product, the claim can either be handled via photo warranty or in house testing.
Photo Warranty:
With this warranty process, we would not need the original product back as we are able to confirm the defect through a photo. We will cover the cost of the replacement product and just ask that you cover the shipping cost.
With this warranty, it avoids you having to uninstall the product until you already have your replacement in your hand.
In House Testing:
With this warranty process, a pre-paid shipping label will be shared with customers in the lower US states as the product is required to come back to our warehouse for further testing and/or the necessary repairs.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, a replacement/ or the repaired original product will be shipped back at no cost to the customer.
If the product comes back and we are not able to duplicate the issue, the product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense along with any installation tips from our technicians.
*International customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including duties and taxes.
