Lost packages
At ORACLE Lighting, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event that your order is lost during transit, please reach out accordingly:
- If you purchased the Extend Shipping Protection, you can file a claim using your unique contract ID number that was shared with you via email at the time of the purchase, here.
- If you did not purchase the Extend Shipping Protection, please reach out to our customer support team here with your order number and any relevant details.
Damaged packages
We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such instances, please reach out accordingly:
- If you purchased the Extend Shipping Protection, you can file a claim using your unique contract ID number that was shared with you via email at the time of the purchase, here.
- If you did not purchase the Extend Shipping Protection, please report to our customer support team here within 30 days of receiving the order and include photos of the damaged items or package.
We will review the provided documentation and share with you how we can proceed from there.
