Who covers labor for my replacement part?Updated 9 months ago

As with any product that deals with electronics, we recommend that the parts are installed by a trained professional. Trained professionals are defined as any certified ASE mechanic or trained automotive technician certified in car stereo or alarm installation. In regards to warranty labor costs, this depends on who performed the original installation.

If the original install was completed by an ORACLE technician at our Main Office in Metairie, LA:

If you are still within the warranty period and we confirm that there is a defect, we will happily replace/repair any warranty items at no cost to you. 

If the original install was completed by someone other than an ORACLE technician at our Main Office in Metairie:

ORACLE Lighting does not cover labor fees associated with the removal or re-installation of products. ORACLE will also not be responsible for any damages to a customer's vehicle caused by a third party installer.
